Replies to that thread sometimes arrive from aintpratik@gmail.com. That is the same person answering, not a different one, so a reply from that address on your thread is expected and not a sign of anything wrong.

We read every message. Because this is a small, independent site, a reply may take a few days rather than a few hours.

What helps us help you

If you are reporting a calculation that looks wrong, include the tool you used and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the birth details you entered. Nothing you send by email is treated differently from anything else we are told: we do not store birth data from the calculators ourselves, so a bug report is the one place those details might reach us at all, and only because you chose to send them.

If you are asking about privacy, billing or anything account related, say so directly and we will point you to the right answer or the right page.
